What if I stumble? What if I fall? God help me!

I often wonder about what people will think of me if they really know me and what I have been through, what I have done. If someone knew me as well as God knows me how much would they love me? Not nearly as much as He does and he has seen all of my mistakes and failures. Hmm... makes me wonder why I would turn to anything or anyone else for guidance. What is the point? In life are you trying to hide the fact that you are sinful, hello, we all are. The only one you really have anything to prove to is God and he already accepts you, that's right outstretched arms await you from the heavenly Father that created all. And as Mercy Me says in their song He says "This one is mine, my hearts been spoken for" That makes me feel like the almighty's arms are wrapped around me, I love it.

Just know that everybody falls, and the world keeps on going, God is like your dad running ahead of you leading the way and he wants to help you up, but if you don't cry out to him for help he will let you stay there until you admit you need him again and then he is there to answer you at once, maybe he helps you up immediately or maybe he lets you suffer or fight through some things that will be tough (in whatever way he deems appropriate, not to please you but to help you grow and glorify himself).

Better to be a slave to God than a slave to sin and selfishness. Once you truly grasp God and his love for you, you will realize the treasure that your relationship with him is and quit focusing on yourself and the meaningless things that you seek and think will make you happy.

God knows you are going through tough times, he knows that you need those times to grow and appreciate your need for them. God doesn't want to hurt me though, really? Maybe he does. Maybe he wants you to know that the price for sin is blood, why don't you ask His son Jesus how serious God is about sin.

Jeremiah 30: 19 O people of Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more. How gracious he will be when you cry for help! As soon as he hears, he will answer you. 20 Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. 21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it." 22 Then you will defile your idols overlaid with silver and your images covered with gold; you will throw them away like a menstrual cloth and say to them, "Away with you!"
